By accessing or using RepeatKaro (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

RepeatKaro is a WhatsApp-based marketing and customer engagement platform that enables businesses to:

• Send marketing campaigns to customers via WhatsApp
• Set up automated follow-ups and reminders
• Manage customer contacts, segments, and visit history
• Collect reviews and feedback via WhatsApp
• Track campaign analytics and customer engagement

3. Account Registration

To use RepeatKaro, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Your Data & Ownership

You retain full ownership and control of all customer data, contact lists, and campaign content you create on RepeatKaro. We provide tools to:

• Export: Download all your data as CSV at any time
• Delete: Permanently remove all your data from our servers
• Migrate: Take your data to any other platform without restrictions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RepeatKaro only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages without proper consent from recipients
• Violate WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy or Terms of Service
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ data
• Use the Platform to send messages promoting illegal activities or prohibited goods
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

6. Messaging & WhatsApp Compliance

When using RepeatKaro to send messages via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send
• You must comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business policies
• Message delivery depends on WhatsApp’s infrastructure and is not guaranteed
• WhatsApp may block or limit your messaging if their policies are violated
• Per-message charges apply as per your plan and are non-refundable once sent

7. Plans, Billing & Payments

RepeatKaro offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Plan fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Message credits are consumed per message sent and are non-refundable

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until their renewal date.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep RepeatKaro available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Factors beyond our control, including third-party service disruptions

9. Intellectual Property

The RepeatKaro platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RepeatKaro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your customer data and content remain your intellectual property at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RepeatKaro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the actions of WhatsApp or other third-party service providers

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination:

• You can export all your data before deleting your account
• Your data will be soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepeatKaro, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of RepeatKaro after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
