How do I get started with RepeatKaro?
Sign up with your phone number, complete the onboarding form with your business details, and you're ready to go! You get a 7-day free trial with all Pro features unlocked.
How does WhatsApp messaging work?
RepeatKaro uses the official WhatsApp Business API to send messages. You create templates, target customer segments, and launch campaigns — all from your dashboard. Messages are delivered directly to your customers' WhatsApp.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After 7 days, your account switches to the plan you selected during onboarding. Your data is preserved. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard.
How is messaging billed?
Each plan includes a set number of free messages. Extra messages are charged from your wallet balance at just ₹1.67/message. Top up your wallet anytime from the dashboard.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes! You can upload a CSV file with your contacts from the Contacts page. Just include name and phone columns. We also auto-add customers who scan your QR code.
Which support channel should I use?
Email is available on all plans and best for detailed queries or feature requests. WhatsApp support is available on Growth and Pro plans for faster responses. Pro plan subscribers also get priority response times and can schedule one-on-one calls with our team.
